Welcome to Lakeside Cabin, situated just steps from the water on a private peninsula with beautiful lake frontage, two sandy bottom shorelines for wading or swimming, large boat landing on the property (free of charge), a fishing dock with a bench, and stunning year-round lake views from every window – it is very much like your own private resort!  This is truly the Northwoods vacation spot of your dreams – unwind and connect with nature as the world becomes more distant!

Lakeside cabin offers a great way to experience the Northwoods of Wisconsin. The cabin is located on beautiful Little Sissabagama Lake (locally referred to as Little Siss), which is in the heart of the northwestern woods of Wisconsin, in between the towns of Spooner and Hayward. The surrounding area is considered by many to be one of the finest examples of the Northwoods due to the diverse landscape, dense coverage of various types of trees, and an abundance of fish and bird populations. From the forested shorelines, coves, islands, and winding narrows to the ethereal echo of loons, it’s a Northwoods experience straight out of a novel.

Little Siss is a private ‘quiet’ lake with nearly no traffic and is great for boating (up to 130HP motors), water skiing, tubing, fishing (Class A Musky lake), kayaking, and swimming. Lakeside Cabin is also great during the winter season – enjoy miles of nearby snowmobile trails, great ice fishing just outside the front door, snowshoeing on the lake, cross-country skiing, and an open campfire under the stars!

Lakeside Cabin comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms (one on each level), a grand 2 story living-room, fully equipped kitchen, and a walkout basement ready for entertainment. Enjoy bringing back some fun memories playing an arcade machine (free of charge) with over 400 top arcade games of the 80’s and 90’s, or challenge friends and family to a game of pool or ping-pong – guaranteed to be a big hit!  The cabin is also loaded with several comforts and amenities including central heating/air-conditioning, wood-stove fireplace, washer/dryer, high-speed Internet, DVD player, and Smart TV throughout the cabin.

Bring your own boat/pontoon – Lakeside Cabin offers a large boat ramp/launch conveniently located at the property. We also provide our guests with a rowboat and 2 kayaks free of charge. Motorized boat/pontoon rental is also available from a 3rd party vendor with free delivery and pickup to our docks.

We allow up to two house-trained and well-behaved dogs, so, bring your furry family member(s) and enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your very own piece of paradise!
